Lian - Mom of a 9-year-old with picky eating

"I wanted to let you know what a difference your teaching has made to our son Simon's eating habits. We kept up with your methods and he is now eating so many more foods. We've been able to add veggie dogs, veggie chicken nuggets, multiple types of potato/fry options, and most amazingly, baby carrots, snap peas, cucumber, and corn on the cob!  He's also far more willing to try everything on our plates. It truly feels like a miracle."

Priya - Mom of an 8-month old with weight loss & food refusal

"It is people like you that bring the calm to the storm and help navigate treacherous waters. It is truly refreshing to find and work with a health professional, like yourself, that truly cares and has such passion for what you do. You are definitely the reason I can wake up in the morning now and not have debilitating anxiety over my son and not feel like I am going into battle every feeding session. "

Founded by Nicola Pratt, Feeding Therapist & Speech-Pathologist

Hi there! I’m Nicola, and I’ve spent the past 25 years supporting kids and families on their feeding journeys. I’m all about helping children and families move toward enjoying food and mealtimes together. I support kids of all ages including babies, toddlers, big kids, and teens (and even a few adults!).

I believe in a sensitive, relationship-focused feeding approach which promotes self-regulation and respects a child's autonomy and feeding differences.

With parent support and education, families report feeling more confident and empowered to manage feeding challenges and mealtimes.

I'm here to help.

"I'm so tired of the advice and judgement from everyone."

When kids have feeding issues, people judge: friends, teachers, grandparents, relatives, even spouses. Please try to remember that you are the expert on your child and no-one knows your child like you. This community is here to guide and support you on your feeding journey.

We've got your back.
