Welcome to the FeedingPlus Membership Community! These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in this Community. By accessing or using this Community, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please withdraw your participation.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining and participating in the FeedingPlus Membership Community (the "Community"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other Community guidelines.

2. Membership Eligibility

Membership is available to individuals over the age of 18. Membership is intended for parents, guardians, or caregivers with an interest in pediatric feeding topics.

Registration: Registration requires accurate personal information and acceptance of these terms.

Membership Fees: Membership fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis. See below for refund policy.

Account Security: Members are responsible for their login credentials and all activities under their accounts.

3. Content Guidelines

To foster a respectful and supportive environment, all members must adhere to these guidelines:

Respectful Communication: Please be respectful of others. Harassment, personal attacks, hate speech, or discriminatory remarks are strictly prohibited.

Relevant Content: Shared content should be relevant to feeding, parenting, and child health topics.

No Medical Advice: Information shared in this Community is for educational purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice. Consult healthcare professionals for specific medical needs.

Prohibited Content: Explicit, offensive, or illegal content, or content that may cause harm, is strictly prohibited.

4. Community Content and Intellectual Property

Ownership: Community resources, materials, and content provided by administrators are protected by intellectual property laws. Members may not reproduce or distribute Community content outside the platform without prior written permission.

User Content: By posting content, members grant the Community a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content solely within the Community.

5. Termination of Membership

Voluntary Termination: Members may cancel their membership at any time through their account settings. Cancellations are effective immediately, and no refunds will be issued for any remaining membership term.

Involuntary Termination: The Community reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for any breach of these Terms and Conditions or for behavior that endangers the Community.

 

 

6. Changes to Terms

The Community reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions. Members will be notified of significant changes. Continued participation after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law.

Refund Policy

Membership Fees

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once paid. By signing up for the Community, you agree to these terms and understand that refunds are not provided unless specified below.

Refunds for Monthly Memberships: Monthly Memberships are billed at the beginning of each month or billing cycle. If a member cancels a monthly membership mid-cycle, they will not receive a refund for the remainder of that month. Access will continue until the end of the paid billing cycle.

Refunds for Annual Memberships: Annual Memberships may be eligible for a prorated refund if canceled within the first 14 days after payment. After this 14-day period, no refunds will be provided for the remainder of the year.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness or significant life events. Members should contact our support team at [email protected] to discuss potential eligibility for an exception. 

Disputed Charges

If you believe you were incorrectly charged or billed, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and provide a response within 7 business days.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 10-15 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Fees

Any applicable processing fees or third-party transaction fees are non-refundable.
